Order Online
Ordering is quick and easy
- Choose the gift basket you would like to send by clicking on the 'Order' button below it.
- You will be directed to our Secure Shopping Cart.
- When you have completed your shopping, simply click on 'Checkout' to process the order.
- Enter the delivery address, payment details and delivery option. NB* Your personal details including your credit card number are kept private, and are protected during transmission using SSL encryption, your details are 100% secure. You will know this because a small yellow padlock will appear in the bottom right-hand corner of your browser.
Order Completed
You will receive an immediate email confirmation that your order has been sent successfully. Your gift will be dispatched within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) or as requested. A courier tracking code will be e-mailed to you, enabling you to track the delivery of your gift online & obtain confirmation of delivery.

Create Your Own Gift
Like to create a personalised gift, or make some changes to a gift you've seen? Why not use our FREE custom design service. Simply inform of your requirements, or the budget you had in mind We'll design you a suitable gift in as little as 24 hours. A digital photograph will be e-mailed for your approval.
Security
We have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Our site uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL 128Bit) security for entering your credit card number. To view the Security certificate confirming this, click the right hand mouse button on the page where you enter your credit card details. From the menu that appears select 'Properties' and then 'Certificates'. The site will then display the certificate proving it is secure.
Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your order by telephone on +44 (0) 28 91452 412. Our customer service lines are open Monday to Friday 9.30am - 6pm (GMT). All calls are charged at the standard national rate.
